There is controversy in my forum about when it is appropriate to bump a topic.  One member goes to the second page and bumps EVERY topic that isn't locked.  I think she's just trying to get a lot of posts.  I told her she could only bump if she attached some new information relevant to the topic to her bump.  Has anyone developed some good guidelines for bumping?
