Well, have you got a message board and started to find moderators such as your friends. Then once you've got moderators you can submit your site that has a link to your message board. You must put your rules so they must obey them. I've made mine.

What you do is when your in the adminstration panel, scroll down and you should directory your url and what you want it to be submitted to.
