Could you give me step by step procedures for banning, and "unbanning" board members?

To ban:  

• Click the Moderation button at the bottom of the page.
  

• Sign in.
  

• Type the username of the person you want to ban.
  

• Click "ban" in the action column.
  

• Click "valider".
  

To unban, follow the same process, but make them "the winner"

If you don't want to go to the trouble of unbanning, you can follow the same process, but make them "the weakest link" for a certain period of time.  That will automatically unban them when that time has passed.
