Hi I have tried to change my froums background colour to match my website but with no luck, is there anyway that someone could change the code so my background matches my site and the text will need to be white also.

You can change the background color in your administration panel. Did you try that way?

Yup I tried stateing what background to use now whether i did it right is anouther matter this is what i wrote http://homepage.ntlworld.com/j.bretherton/background.jpg

but the background did not change.

i dont really need an image i just need to change the background color and the font colour in some places, is there a way to do this?

ok background image is now working how do i change the font color to white?

Administration Panel > Configuration and appearance of the message board > Then click  "Customize each color manually" > Background color

Here you change the color of the background.

Or you can change the CSS file if you want.
