Is there a age limit on members?

I know the government regulates the internet boards with rules stating you can not gather info on children under 13 (COPPA). Is aceboards excluded from these rules?

I have members who are younger then 13 and I don't want to get in any trouble.

As you maybe know it, we are a French provider, with servers located in France. Therefore, we are abiding by the French law, which has no regulation for an age limit on data gathering.

The COPPA agreement does not apply to AceBoard's messages boards, so it is perfectly all right for your members under 13.
