on another forum i was told to unban a member i was to go on the moderation panel and declare that person as a winner.  but when i type it in it just refreshes the page. can i please get some help as i didnt get a reply on my other post. thank you

-i log into the moderation panel
-insert the name of the banned person
-but it just comes up with the 'welcome to the moderation panel what do you want do?' screen before i typed the name in before.
-therefore i cannot access the screen that lets me declare him as a winner

No a person who is banned is still present in the forum. If Magpie_05 is no longer available he was removed from the message board.
