I know how to re-order forums, because I have done it before. But just now, I tried to move a forum down and it said This forum is already at the lowest level even though it wasn't!

So please follow these steps :

• remove your forum's subcategories (this will not remove your forum's topics)
  

• Post here when it is done
  

• Then wait for either Cyril or me to let you know it is patched/fixed
  

• After all that, you have to recreate your subcategories.

What do you mean by subcategories?
Do you mean the categories that group the forums or the actual forums themselves that hold the topics?

By the way, can it be possible, when re-ordering forums, to have a Move to top of list and Move to bottom of list?

I know you are still waiting for the patch to be applied, but the server with the patched on is not quite up yet. Sorry.
