Can the logo on top of the page (THE FORUM) be changed with my own logo ? if so please tell me how.

Can you tell me should do i fill what for Pseudo?
I use altavista to translate this site, http://pic.aceboard.net, to English, and then i can see that 'Mot de passe' is password, but when i fill information into the form. The site show me a message is "Want you to indicate the login forum"?!?
Accordong to the form, i fill my username and passwd into Login and Mot de passe and i choose my own picture via Browse button.

I used 4shared, http://www.4shared.com, to upload my picture,
then i had the link. I pasted the link on 'Message Board Logo', but the logo did not appear on my forum!?!
The same, i want to change my background, too. Although i uploaded my image, the default background still there!!!
Help me to solve this problem, please.
