Does anybody explain me why this written appears to me if I try to approach my forum?

Can't create a new thread (errno 11). If you are not out of available memory, you can consult the manual for a possible OS-dependent bug

There is a limit of memory for the forum? What can I do for it?

there is no limit of memory for your forum. This error should be something else the Admins are aware of. Don't panic.

right now, can you create new topics or not ?
