Hi,
I think our aceboard should open more space that use for general announcement that member can watch it when they browse to the board. We can not use Administrator Welcome Message for other annoucement because like its name it just use for Welcome Message.

Ex: I want to post picture and birthday of member and want to sent them congratulation on separate space where not relate to Welcome Message
