I'd like to not receive emails anymore, and I'd like to delete my forum. Is this possible?

A- the email I want to be removed from the system
B- The name of the board I created

Im sorry, but I cant delete my forum somehow. Its written with french on the admin pannel and i dont speak it........... Could you help me.
