well I dont see why their would be, im 16 so I dont usualy have to lie about my age anymore but yeah I know what you mean, been into web development for awhile now age it just sucks lol

They already know I own a website and they let me go on online communities. I'm pretty sure they will let me create one for my own, since they let me create a website too. I can't see why they won't let me. I think it's safer when I'm the only admin.
