No it isn't. Take out the www.

Go to the bottom of the main forum website until you see "Administration". Click on it.

Click on "Configuration and appearance of the message board".

This will take you to a new page. Scroll down.

"Message board logo" is where you change the top logo.

"Background image" is where you change the forum background.
