My problem is that in this forum :
In my profile I'm on the Spanish time
But hours on the forum are not good, it's New York time
How can I do to have good time ??

then at the bottom you will find your way to switch to the requested time.

Uhh... it's kind of a problem and it's kind of not. It's got to do with how the forums are designed. If you adjusted your forum to your timezone, you'd get 2 sets of times in every thread you read. It shows up like this:

The time in brackets is the time a certain message was posted in your timezone. The one on the left side is in the timezone the admin set to.

In a word, the timezone option in your user profile is redundant. It is not something that will automatically calculate all forum post times to your timezone and display that to you.
