i am a member of few aceboard Forums and i decided to create my own Forum here at aceboard.

my question is :
Is there any possibility to transfer all the massages from the Old Forum i adminited in Yahoo.Groups to my new Forum at aceboard ?
i got there at yahoo groups a group with over 1000 massages , i started to copy paste few massages already , but is there a way to transfer all those in some other way then manually ? just curious...

second question :  is there any possibility for file upload option into a massage in the forum at aceboard ? small files ofcourse....

As far as I know, no. You can't do the FTP thing with the aceboard forums.

btw , few more questions :

1. is there a modd. for a backup for my forum ? meanwhile i am useing the yahoo groups as a backup .
2. how much aceboard is secured from hackers etc. ?
3.and one more question : who are the great owners of aceboard ?

1-no : backups are done by the admins. don't worry for that.
2-the weakness comes from the administrator's password.

ok , i am the admin for my site , so how can i backup the content of my forum ? or did you meant that it is done by the global aceboard admins ?


i do not want to open a new thread so by your permit i got another question : is there a way to set up a picture for each section in my forum ?
