Where do I find instructions on adding pictures please

to add pictures, simply load them on the internet using :

http://pic.aceboard.net

then :
login = 'number' of your forum
pseudo (nickname) = the nickname you use on your forum
mot de passe (passqword) = your password

then browse, follow the instructions.

you will get a tag to copy paste in your forum to display the requested picture.

I went to this link but it was all in French and not much help.  I am sure there is a page with help on doing lots of things but I can't seem to find it and I do not have a login number although I get automatically logged in to my topics
