I have a few questions.

I read it a couple pages back but can't figure it out. how do you "sticky" a forum?
I read "look in the bottom right corner and check the announcements link" or something like that but can't find it.

Can you make a members list viewable to others?

Can you make links at the top of the site without having to make a individual forum for them?

And finally, I read a page or two back that you can put in a chat box but when I clicked the link it was in german Can I have another link, that is in english?

The announcement button is actually on the bottom left under the smileys. you will see announcment and email notification.

Can I put banners w/ links at the bottom of my site and how?

1) shootbox :
in your forum's footer only.
copy paste the code of your shootbox in an html page.
host this html page
then, "administration" and enter your html page's link as the footer link

2) either on the footer, or by adding them in a topic or in the admin message :

eg :
[url=http://www.aceboard.com][img]http://www.aceboard.net/imagesite/pub/banniereanglais.gif[/img][/url]
to become :
