this is the error i get when i click the "delete user-uploaded smileys" link on the admin panel.

Is this because i was just messing around and there is really no user uploaded smileys, or is this a real error?

Also, if I put a banner on my footer, can I link it to that site? how?

yep, using the html code to make a pic become a link :
