you cant add one "to it" but you can make a free one, and make a section for it on your board. and post the link.. Like I use

ok Oliver... i signed up with java and it gave me a whole program code to paste...

now im lost where to paste it..  i tried the welcome box but then it didnt work.... help???

If this is Java you have to paste in an html file of your own.
then you host it on the internet
then you point to this page

eg :

you create on your pc a file named mylivechat.html
you paste all the java blabla inside
you save
you host this page on the internet (html hoster, you ISP space)
your mylivechat.html page will now be accessible such as http://htmlhoster.com/mylivechat.html (this is just an example )
so the footer/foot page of your forum should be : http://htmlhoster.com/mylivechat.html

Note : the max height for the footpage is 150px
