yes he haked us and start doing stuff like he changed the forum and he was not a admin but he haked the guy that owns that site and changed stuff how do we tel him to stop and if
we delete him he will hake the owner of the site http://www.stupidmarioworld.aceboard.com

Take it easy handy-man, I guess you should realize I am not a robot logged-in 24/7

PM the nickname and email address used to open the board, and the password you chose at that time.
Then I'll revert to the admins.

Handy Man glitch king just hacked glitch lord AND he took away the background AND he made all the forums unpostable

Explain what you mean by hacked..... did he take control of the administration panel  

yes he delete the background he got others people password he was doing stuff he was not sopoust to do

is he a member of your board?

yes he is a member that hates every one on the board he is just there to do bad stuff and he got the pass word by doing this look (he found my e-mail adress and then made a blog and then whent to hot mail and made the same e-mail adress i have and made a new blog on hot mail the he put forgot pass word put my user name and he got my adres and then he whent to hot mail and paw there he got it

so are you still admin on your board?
if you are, delete him, or did he make himself primary admin?

Can you still log in as primary administrator? if so do as kimmy says above and delete him then go to profile (your own) and change email address (thats if you have a different email address that you could use) if you change your email address then hopefully he wont get hold of your password again.
