I know someone who wants to start a new forum, and most free forum sits don't allow adult content, but I want to know what are the exact restrictions.

This gal I know is in her 50's and currently runs a forum on sex support, it is not a porno site, it is not 'dirty' it's simply a site where people go to ask questions or seek help about sex. Often it is people with dissabilities, or something like that, a lot of it also has to do with sexual health.

would this type of forum be allowed under certain conditions? If not does anyone know of a place that offers free forums with no adult content restriction??

You can create your forum as long as it does not contain pictures/video of adult content.

What's the prob with letting a kid see a naked person? "Oh, no! She saw him naked! She's gonna die!"

Its not the problem ,its the principle ,Adult content is specificaly for people aged 18 yrs or over , most parents/guardians dont or wouldnt want there underage children/minors to be associated with any kind of content that they find unsuitable therefore this is probably the most likely reason that aceboard does not allow this kind of content as people under the age of 18 also use the forums, this and also other matters such as legal issues etc ,

anyway this is just my personal opinion
