because i have posted questions after questions about user uploaded smileys and i cant seem to find a definite answer......

cyril, oliver or william... again....i can upload smiley using my profile but i dont know where it gets saved.... i dont find it anywhere in the smileys on the left side.... and whenever i click "customed smilie" i get an error........ it says something like the path or something doesnt exist..... and it isnt just me having problem with this, if you wanted to know....
