I just opened an aceboard to replace an old message board that my browser became un-copatable with

So far I love this host site...

One question...

I have figured out most things.. BUT can NOT figure out how I (as administrator) can delete a members reply to a topic we are talking about ???

Hopefuly this will not become necessary though

Thanks for any help in advance

TIL LATER..

to delete a post, just click on the "bin" icon displayed on the top right end of every post.

that's the way it should work. Can you manage to delete your previous post in this topic ?

Yep....

I checked the little box in the left bottom corner... then send...

I'll have to see if that works on a post made by someone else on my board now..

THANKS

Thanks Kimmy...

I tried that when Oliver68 suggested to do that... it just doesn't work for me...

But I can go into the edit for the reply and click on that box in the bottom left and the post disappears even if it was not made by me... so that's the way I can "stay in control"

My browser is hard to explain...

#1.. it's not a computer as such... it's a webtv unit. Something Micorsoft came up with about 10 years ago here in the USA for us "over the hill gang" that the word computer has us running for the hills

It allows us to use our TV sets to surf the internet... BUT it does not allow us to do alot of things a regular computer does... no vidoes or streaming for example...

I'm still happy here and look forward to having a board hosted here...

Just hope I do not have to show up here for help too often

THANKS
