At the top of the forum it displays 'the forum'
in the administration panel it has an option of changing this logo but whatever i do it never seems to work
anybody help me out?

i have also used http:// codes which i have got from imageshack.us

what spot are you putting it in? the url link is the one to use, and you put it in your "message board logo" spot?
