i have found a background that i would like to use but it wont work when i paste it into the background box.

k, go to where the background is that you want. Right click on it, save as(to your comp) then go to www.photobucket.com and upload it there. You want to use the first code that you see that starts with http://.. copy that code, go back into your admin panel, and paste it in the spot for your background.
