I can not reply to threads on my board.  I can start new threads, but can not reply.  When I attempt to reply to an exsisting thread, I get the error that I have to wait 20 seconds, but I have not posted in hours.  At least one other member is having this same problem.  I am not the board owner, but I am an admin.  What can we do to fix this?

we had a similar problem at our group, but it was only in fast messaging. i was still able to post, and able to respond to the other person in private message. but, as far as fast messsaging... that darn 20 seconds lasted an eternity. i have no idea how long, cuz i was only good for one fast message, and gave up after about 5 minutes, settling for the private message, instead.

A little more info...we've determined that if we close internet explorer and/or log out, and then come back on to the board, that we can reply to threads.  But once we post on a thread, we have to leave and come back before we can post on another thread.  

I am the owner of said board. We have had tons of problems lately. Not being able to get into the board for hours, loading slow, missing pics and having red x's in their place, etc. Is there a reason why we would be having all of these problems?
