I hope anyone haven't asked this already...

Is there way to close thread so anyone cannot post to it?
And is it possible to delete single message? There are some pictures in up and right of posts. There are not "Delete post" there are only "Delete topic" or is it just a mistake in writing?

#2 : click on the bin located in the post you want to delete:
