my members suggested that we should have a gallery for all members pictures.  can upload from there ang leave messages and off coures can able us to browse the gallary.  is it possible? if yes, please show me how.

not possible with aceboard.
the solution would be to make a community photobucket account, and put the link somewhere for all to access with the password, then all members can upload their pics into their own folder.
