I there I need some help from you all, and yes, I have searched the forum to see if this has been answered anywhere else. I have someone who signed up to my forum, who had a hard time getting confirmation, the screen kept comming up blank after he entered his user info..then he finally got through and is a registered member but he can not sign in to his account. He is using windows and we tried to erase or delete cookies to see if that would help..but it hasnt. My new member on my forum cant sign in./ Is it a bug, or a tecnical problem? Let me know..thanks!

can you log-in using his nickname and password ?
