in the administrator panel.  it just goes to a screen that says this is where you do blah blah blah, but it won't let me do anything.  Anyone else have this problem?  I really wanted to change a friend of mine's username, too.  what a bummer.

your friend has to request to change their username, then you accept it in the admin panel

at the top go to profile, then go to changing/deleting username, change it then you go in admin and approve it
