okay... this is the 3rd time i've edited this post. if someone read one of the other 3 things i had up here... sorry... i was talking to myself. i figured it out.

what confused me was... when i changed my username, my NEW username was listed as "admin" but i was still logged on under my OLD username. that was just a ghost that disappeared after a few minutes, though. it's all good, now.

i do have one question, though... can we, as admins, only change our username, by requesting that change... to ourselves?

the reason i ask is... i really didn't like the reason i gave for the request. i almost rejected me. i hate rejection.
