Aceboard Support,

Could I please get some help with my board please? I am the Administrator and Founder for my board and I have tried to get a new password sent to the username on my board on a number of occasions as well as emailing your support teams and sending messages and I have received no replies and no password.

The board in question is as follows:

Ok thank you Kimmy. How long before I can log into my board?? I haven't been able to log in for nearly 3 weeks now. How long will it take to get a new password sent to me??

Or will I have to scrap this board and start again somewhere else? I give up.  

I will be talking to cyril today and will point him towards this thread...

Ok. Any news?? Is there a problem with your system sending emails to the email address provided? Would it be better to get you guys to alter the email address that is attached to that username?

Because everytime I have sent a new password request it tells me that an email will be sent with the new password to the registered address but no email ever arrives.

How long will it take to get a password sent to me so I can log in? This is taking way too long.

 It works now! Tried requesting a new password and it came through straight away. Cheers and thanks for all your help.   (This topic is now closed)
