About 80% of the time my forum is fine but there are times that it is painfully slow. Is there a reason for this that I can fix ? Some have suggested too many pictures or the signatures.

many reasons :
too many pictures
signatures to "heavy"
slow hoster for the pics
slow bandwidth at your side
slow aceboard
