that's right, kimmy. for whatever reason, she said she couldn't sign into the support forum with her Proudsouthernlady username, so she registered with another name, then PM'ed me and asked if i could somehow help her get in with Proudsouthernlady. but... if her password isn't working, there is nothing i can do. i thought one of you guys could check it out. i don't know.
