When I click on a topic and scroll down there is a block that says DELETE SELECTED ITEMS.

How can I remove this?

I don't want anyone to tick in the blocks and delete to their hearts content!
Please check out my forum and click on a topic and you will see what I mean.

They can't, the block only appears to modorators and administrators.

I need more members for my forum.
