One of my members is saying that she can't log on to my site, either with firefox or internet explorer.

This is what she said:

there is no error message there is nothing, just the circle and half of the bar that shows it is loading is green, and it just sits there. and I just tried it this morning and still nothing and I tried it in windows explorer and firefox.

So far everyone else but her can still get on.
