I know you can change how many topics are displayed on each page but I'm not seeing anything to change the number of posts displayed in topics. If this doesn't exist, this would be a good feature for aceboard to add in any future updates. Some of the pages on my message board's topics are getting a lot longer than I'd like and I was just hoping to have it display 5 or 10 less posts than it does now. Thanks for any help!

I think you'll find that particular box does affect the number of posts and not the number of topics.

Some things are a bit quirky. It may be a case of deleting all temporary internet files which may then refresh a page next time you visit it, and change how it looks.

Well, just recently switched to Opera and I erase all cache, cookies, temporary internet files, and history every night. So when I bring my message board up the next day it should change right? Thanks for your help by the way.

If its a cache issue on aceboards, and most any site for that matter, a simple refresh of the page will work by pushing the F5 key on your keyboard. But I seriously doubt the extra pages wasn't showing because of cache. My experience has been is that its very uncommon to need to clean your cache or temporary internet files to get a fresh page at aceboards forums.

I have found when updating my website, that changes to pages don't always appear on my approval page, so deleting TI files sorts it as refreshing doesn't. Again due to a quirky site wizard, so always worth a try.
