Administrator Panel, Configuration, copy and paste the link to your website into the "Website" field. Save changes. Go to forum index and when anyone clicks your logo I beleive that it should open up your website. If that does not work just post

anywhere on your message boad. Users will be able to click it and it will open your website in a new window.
