nope. The only tip would be to post in the announcements in the order you want them to appea.

Thank you for the tip, it worked. |

Of course, when you post a new announcement sometime in the future it will mess the entire arrangement/order up again.lol I gave up on trying to keep them in "order" a long time ago.

Lol, I can see how that is going to get tricky. I'll probably either not post anymore announcements in there anymore, or I'll just give up too. Where have you been runaway? --Last edited by bukizzle316 on 2008-03-16 23:35:16 -- |

What you can do to draw attention to a "New Announcement" is mark your new announcements with one of those icons you see at the top of the text field box where you write your messages. Or maybe just write "NEW" in the subject area of your message and then later in a few days "Edit" your post and take the "New" out. Just a thought..lol I've been here and around - off and on - trying to stay busy. I have my website I'm building so most of my time is spent working on that - but I try to pop in here often too. ![]()

Lol, well good luck on the website, and thanks for the help. You'd probably get a REALLY good laugh if you got to see all my screwed up, attempted websites that I made over the years. Funny thing is, the first thing that went wrong with my websites would always be the last. Geocities by far has to be the worst, I don't think the guy who made it can fully understand it, or even pull off a professional looking website with it. |

Well, I think everyone who builds webpages has a story to tell about their first website - I know I do, I've made several through the years and each one gets a little better with the more experience I get - but I remember my first one very well ![]() I've never been a fan of Geocities either, and Yahoo is not my favorite 'anything'. Yahoo's message boards have the worst layout I've ever had the displeasure of posting on, and its nearly impossible to navigate in the same thread. They're outdated and probably already have a new design, or are working on one anyway - at least I hope so.
