All the HEX text color codes you see in the Administration panel effect every aspect of the text colors on your forum. That includes cell colors and borders. So what I'm saying is, one of those text colors in your administration panel will affect the text inside the cell. You'll just have to try adjusting all the text fields until you find the one that affects the text inside the cell. | |||

I don't know much about it, but I think runaway is correct, also there is most likely a way that you can do it via CSS. It wouldn't hurt checking out these two wikipedia articles, they have helped me out a lot, especially since just clicking on a text color when trying to edit the Administrator Welcome Message does not insert the BBCode, or the Web color code into the message.
