I started a new forum for Business Studies students just a week back. Its was working perfectly till two days back but now those new applicants face a problem with registering with my forum. At the end of the registeration process they get an error message saying verification code error or something like that.

The second problem is sometimes even when i logg out still my admin id remains online. hope you will advice me or solve the problem if its your technical error

If the verification code is not working correctly then thats certainly something aceboards needs to fix, but unfortunately, the owner of the forum is gone right now and no one knows when he'll be back. But the verification code can be a tricky thing to get right as you probably already know. The letters and numbers has to be written just as they appear in the text field or it won't submit correctly and you'll get the error message. So you might advice your people trying to register that they need to pay close attention to the verification code and make sure they write it correctly.

About your log-out situation, the admin name will always appear at the top right hand of your forum, but its just showing who the administrator is, and its not showing them as online. However, if you see the admin as online when you click the "Online" link at the top of the forum, it will quickly disappear after you leave the site in a matter of minutes.
 

Thanks a lot for the reply. I even checked myself we are typing the code correctly. It results with an error message. Will be take long to be back.
