moderators can only edit peoples posts in the forums that you have them a moderator for.. so say you have your hubby was a moderator of "the general section" well, he can only edit things in that section.. normal members can only edit their own posts. | |||

Yeah, I think I know what shes saying because any member can access anyones post by clicking the "edit" button of the post, but they won't be able to submit any changes successfully. That's one of the questions I was asked from a member of my forum when they noticed they could click anyones post and access it like they were going to edit the post, but I told them they couldn't submit it. Quite frankly I don't like the idea of someone doing that and 'thinking' they could edit it if they wanted to, and I also don't like the fact they can see all the (if any) BBcoding used, but thats the way it is so theres no point in complaining about it as it seems aceboards aren't interested in doing any kind of changes to their forums. | |||
