my forum that was waiting deletion has been hacked into by a disgruntled old member somehow and changed to a completely different forum without my authorization.  If anyone is out there and can please assist me in deleting this forum since it is still technically associated with me and has all my members i would greatly appreciated it.  Please

Unless the owners come back here there is no way to delete the forum. I'm sorry to hear that happened to you, but it doesn't look like anything can be done unless the owners come back to address the issue.
