I'm seeing extreme latency on my forum site as well.

It's been acting extremely slowly recently. Last week we actually created a temporary board elsewhere because so many people were complaining they couldn't get on.

It eventually returned to normal but now the slowness is back again. Sometimes it takes over a minute for a thread to open. It's still better than last week where it took 15 minutes...

I have a question...can you add your own music from your computer to your aceboard site?

absolutely. Streaming feeds are constantly working the server and therefore putting more load on your entire network. audio isn't an issue... but video is a bandwidth hog.
