Hello,
How can I make an occassional backup of my Forums? I have both Forums to a point I want them backed up. Can I do that myself and then restore it myself if necessary? I used the help and etc to no avail. Help, help . . .

I really do like this Forum a lot. Thanks for the Freebie. I will add a link to my WEB sites to get a Free forum.

OK, then how can I make sure there is a backup using someone like say you Oliver? I put a lot of time into getting my system setup and do not want to do it again if there is a backup somewhere. Grin . . .

Thanks for the prompt answer Alie. Hope it never is trashed by a user BUT I know it can happen. I will ask for help, help if I need a restore in the future.
