Well, as you see, my forum is running entirely slow. What I mean by that is, No one has been registering in the last 3 or 4 weeks. I'm not bribing, but when someone DOES register(In the year 2500), I want them to know there actually ARE mods.

To me, you should assign mod power to people you really know.

Members or mods should be free to post at their own pace, this rule to post at least twice a day will prevent goodwills from helping you....
It's the admin's job to make the forum live, not to the mods, even if their job is also important.

That's my opinion, based on long time spent as member/mod/admin on the forums.
