why would you want members that just register to up how many members you have? you would think you would want members that have an interest in what your forum is about?

when i visit a site that has ALL the sections closed to non-members, i don't bother with that group again. what's the point? i'm not joining just to see the content.

like oliver said... even just one section for visitors to find out SOMETHING about the forum would be nice.
