I'm from central Pennsylvania in the good ol' USA! We love our football here. i graduated from Penn State University, so i of course love the Penn State Nittany Lions in college football, and i bleed black 'n gold for my Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League. i also enjoy baseball, basketball and hockey. kimmy loves the Sens... i love the Pens!. i don't even mind a good soccer game (football in OTHER countries) from time to time.

and, oh by the way (cheap plug alert!) we talk about ALL sports here...

definately baseball here in New York..the New York Yankees.  Football is huge too tho our Buffalo Bills stink.  Our hockey team the buffalo sabres almost won the championship....sigh...we love our sports in NY

I'm suprised that the Americans are not so good at playing Rugby. I know it's not like football ("American football" as we call it over here, whereas soccer is called "football"), your football, but I would expect the US players to be tough and fast and strategic (if strategy can apply to sports ). Well, that's not how it goes....
Any idea why ?

thats a good question.  I know its a huge college sport around here but its never taken off on a bigger level.  Same with lacrosse.  I think they are very exciting games to watch and wish they were more popular around here.
