i cant log into my xat room no matter how hard i try it says username or password wrong ive sent for a new one but havent recieved one any ideas?

its called befriends i can sign in but thats it i want to change my background and it wont let me and when i go to the site and log in it says user name not found ive also tried to request my password and havent recieved it
