Some guy joined, pretended to be my uncle, hacked my account, and made himself an admin!!!!!

hes the same guy that hacked all my email addresses (except the new one I just created) and my website, forum (InvisionFree forum that is), a ton of other forums, most of my site's affiliates, he tried to hack our radio station but failed, my instant messengers, my Xfire, and my account on these forums (my username is xgmx), and my computer, and my account on other forums, etc.
